LAWO represents consumers when they have not been treated fairly or run into financial difficulty due to their challenging financial circumstances. We provide assistance when someone is facing a wage or bank garnishment or has been sued in a collection action, such as a credit card bill or medical bill. We represent consumers who have been the victim of fraud. LAWO helps consumers file for bankruptcy when that is the best option for them. LAWO can also help persons involved income tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
